I’m honestly not sure what happens to a wardrobe. I know Debbie Reynolds bought the Ascot dress from My Fair Lady and sold it at auction. 

The wardrobes appear in exhibits, too. I’ve seen pictures of Charade, and Funny Face costumes on display. 

As for personal wardrobe, I think she left them to Sean and Luca, who sometimes auction them off for the Audrey Hepburn Children’s Fund.
